Scholarships that unlock so much…

MDW Fund awards scholarships to underrepresented women business owners so they can build more scalable and profitable businesses. The programs are delivered by Million Dollar Women, which provides the overhead costs for the scholarship recipients and delivers online programs that include curriculum, business coaching and a powerful peer network. All donations are tax-deductible via our 501(c)(3), and you can follow our graduates’ successes via social media and MDW Fund newsletters. The Fund Her Future Campaign is raising $24,000 to provide 50 business scholarships to underrepresented women small business owners in 2025-26.

Mission

At the Million Dollar Women Fund, we help underrepresented female founders scale their businesses by providing access to business coaching, mentorship and alternative capital. Together, we aim to close the economic gap, fostering a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The Gap:

Founders from underrepresented communities — including women of color, veterans, and women with disabilities — are starting businesses at record rates, yet face steep challenges in accessing capital and support. The average annual revenue for women of color entrepreneurs is just $47K, compared to $140–$190K for their white counterparts. Fewer than 1% of the founders we support break the $1M mark and build sustainable, profitable businesses.

The Million Dollar Women Fund is helping underrepresented founders scale up through access to training, mentorship, networks, and capital — and we’re building a more inclusive economy while we do it. Since 2017, we’ve supported over 195 founders through scholarships, provided in partnership with trusted community organizations.
